Dr. Turgay Öngel was born in Adana-Turkey.
He received his medical education in Ä°stanbul University,
Ä°stanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa Tıp Fakültesi) and obtained MD degree in 1996. He got residency in Family Medicine in Çukurova University (Balcalı) and Adana Numune Training and Research hospitals. He obtained associate degree in Healthcare Management in 2020.
